RESERVATIONS
TOUR PRICES
- Tour prices are per person and in US Dollars.
- Child prices apply to those under 16 sharing a room and using
existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of
age). US Touroperator strongly recommends that children be least
12
years old to participate in any of its tours and booking for
children under 8 will not be accepted . Children’s ages
should be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Tour prices include hotel porterage for one bag per person
only. Due to space limitations US Touroperator cannot guarantee that
extra bags will be permitted on the coach. If space does permit
however, passengers will be charged US$ 4 per bag per day for
each additional bag. This additional charge will be collected at
tour departure. Porterage is not included at any pre and/or post
hotels.
- Tour prices do not include driver or guide’s gratuities, which
are at passengers’ discretion.
HOTEL – ROOM OCCUPANCY
Twin and Triple rooms generally contain two beds. A triple room does not contain
three beds and a quad room does not contain four beds. Rooms with one bed may
be available for two guests upon request.
Rollaway beds are generally available on request for a small additional charge. This
is payable by the client directly to the hotel.
MINIMUM AGE:
On tours that stop in Las Vegas, one person per room must be a
minimum of 21 years old. On all other tours, one person per room
must be a minimum of 18 years old.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES:
US Tour operator will do all possible to accommodate requests
for these passengers but bookings cannot automatically be
confirmed as not all coaches are equipped to accommodate
wheelchairs and special arrangements need to be made. Our tour
guides, for insurance reasons, are not able to assist with these
passengers. Passengers needing assistance for personal needs
must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion. Guests with
disabilities wishing to book an Escorted Tours should be aware
that oiur coaches are not equipped with lifts for wheelchairs.
If The guest requires a wheelchair, it needs to be collapsible.
TOUR CANCELLATION:
We reserve the right to cancel a departure 45 days prior and/or
to operate a tour in a minibus should the number of participants
warrant it.
ITINERARY CHANGES:
- If Additional buses are added to a departure date, we
reserve the right to reverse and/or modify the itinerary.
Any changes will be notified a minimum of one month prior to
departure.
- US Touroperator reserves the rights to substitute
alternates hotels of similar ir higher quality.
Additional Services:
For an enhanced tour experience, US Touroperator offers a wide
variety of additional services to complement the escorted tour.
- Pre & post hotels: US Touroperator has protected a block of rooms
at selected hotels from which the tour starts and ends for your
passengers’ convenience.
- US Touroperator offers local airport transfers and sightseeing
tours at each gateway city of our Escorted Tours program. We
require correct flight information (flight number and arrival
time) a minimum of 10 days prior to arrival in order to ensure
transfers. We will do all possible, but are not able to guarantee
transfers in case of missed or delayed flights.
- US Touroperator reserves the right to substitute alternate hotels
of similar or higher quality and to modify the itinerary should
it be deemed necessary
Departure & Return Points:
The place and approximate departure and return times are advised
for each of our tours. Please download the tour details from our
website, www.US Touroperator.com and include this important
information in your passenger’s documentation packet. Although
return times are listed as approximate, US Touroperator takes no
responsibility for delays caused by traffic, weather, or
circumstances beyond our control. We strongly suggest that
passengers reserve the pre and post tour nights in the city of
arrival and departure. Pleasecall the respective US Touroperator office
immediately if You will be late for departure or if You cannot
find our tour escort at the designated time and place of
departure. US Touroperator will not be held responsible for
passengers who miss the departure due to incorrect or
insufficient information given to them prior to arrival in the
United States.
DOCUMENTATION
At the start of the tour, all passengers will receive a
documentation kit, including a map and comment form to rate the
various components of the tours.
MEALS
Meals are not included in any of our tours unless specifically
stated in the tour description and in the list of tour
inclusions.
SEAT ROTATION
In fairness to all passengers, US Touroperator has established a seat
rotation schedule during the course of our tour. Unfortunately,
we are not able to honor request for special needs.
OPTIONALS
Additional excursions are offered to enhance your passenger’s
experience. A list of authorized optional excursions with
descriptions for each tour can be found on our website. We do
not support any excursion that is not part of our authorized
excursion list. The tour guides cannot be held responsible for
reconfirming any services or excursions which were booked prior
to the clients' arrival in the US.
LANGUAGES / DATES
US Touroperator operates tours in English, Dutch, German, Italian and
Spanish. Please note that the general list of departure dates in
this tariff is not available in each language unless specified. Specific dates
have been selected for each of the languages above.
Office Hours:
US Touroperator’s headquarter office in NYC is open Monday to Friday
from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and 10:00 AM. to 5:30 PM on Saturday.
US Touroperator offers a 24-hour emergency telephone service via our
New York phone number (212) 596-1000.
Product Booking Codes:
All US Touroperator products are identified with a booking code.
Please use this booking code at all times when corresponding
with US Touroperator.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
• Invoices will be issued on the date of the first service
and need to be paid in advance, minimum 31 days before
the start of Tour.
• Nonpayment may result in cancellation of services.
• Payments will be accepted to NYCotels.com , as an agent of
US Touroperator.

indicating US Touroperator booking number.

ITINERARY CHANGES BY CLIENTS
Once the passenger has arrived in the USA and/or Canada,
itinerary changes can only be made by contacting US Touroperator.
US Touroperator will not refund cancelled or changed hotel and
services. In medical emergencies, a refund may be considered.
UNUSED SERVICES
There will be no refund for any portion of a pre-packaged
program that is not used by the passenger.
VOUCHERS
US Touroperator does not issue vouchers for F.I.T. passengers except
for Best of America City Packages and certain Fly-Drive
programs.
Your vouchers must clearly indicate: “Booked and payable by
US Touroperator” and show the US Touroperator booking number. This
information must be printed in English and appear in a prominent
place on your voucher to ensure proper servicing by the
supplier. Vouchers should also include US Touroperator’s New York
office telephone number (212) 596-1000.
In exceptional instances where passengers are traveling without
vouchers, US Touroperator may issue replacement vouchers but cannot
be held responsible for any inconveniences and additional
charges which may apply. A service fee of US25 per room per
hotel or per person per service will be added for unauthorized
vouchers in addition to any fees charged by the supplier.
US Touroperator will not be held accountable for any vouchers issued
without a confirmation from US Touroperator and we reserve the right
to refuse to honor vouchers for services not booked through
US Touroperator.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted on touring or sightseeing motor coaches
in the USA and Canada. Smoking is also restricted in most hotels
and restaurants.
LIABILITY WAIVERS
Some suppliers providing activity products may require
participants to complete and sign a liability form, which is
mandatory and locally processed. Passengers must be made aware
of this procedure and know that they will not be provided the
service should they refuse to sign the Liability Waiver Form.
Each supplier has its own form. Below you will find the most
common terms & conditions usually included in a Liability
Waiver agreement:
1) Any risk, dangers and hazards of the activity are fully
understood and assumed by the passenger.
2) The possibility of personal injury, emotional trauma,
illness, unanticipated event, death, loss or damage to property
is entirely at the passenger’s own risk.
3) The passenger agrees to waive any and all claims against the
company arising from the participation in adventure activities.
4) The agreement will be effective and binding upon heirs, next
to kin, executors, administrators and all persons who may be
entitled to assert a claim as a result of the injury of the
passenger.
5) The passenger confirms being mentally and physically fit and
fully able to participate in adventure travel. There are no
special medical requirements but exceptions would be included in
the form if applicable.
6) A parent or guardian will have to read and sign the agreement
on behalf of the passengers under 18 years of age.
RESPONSIBILITIES
US Touroperator reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal or
better standard for those mentioned in the tour itineraries and
to alter sightseeing schedules and/or types of transportation
whenever and wherever we deem it operationally necessary.
The suppliers of transportation, sightseeing, hotel
accommodations, meals and other services and attractions, as
well as tour escorts, are independent contractors and not agents
or employees of US Touroperator and therefore neither US
Touroperator nor
any of its affiliates shall be liable for any personal injury or
death or damage to or loss of property arising out of the
performance or non-performance by such persons and entities or
arising out of other incidents while on tour including without
limitation equipment breakdown, accidents, theft, lost or
damaged baggage, strikes, delays and cancellation of or changes
in itinerary, schedules, etc. By reserving a tour, you
acknowledge the foregoing and agree to advise your clients of
the foregoing and to hold harmless US Touroperator and its affiliates
from any and all damages, liability and expenses (including
attorney fees) arising out of any claim or legal action related
to the foregoing.
We strongly recommend that appropriate insurance be obtained
prior to arrival. Travel documents, including visas, as well as
compliance with custom regulations, are the responsibility of
the passengers. US Touroperator will not be responsible for costs
incurred by passengers not having proper passports.
