DAY 1     SUNDAY
BOSTOMNEW YORK AREA

Board the coach in Boston and start the day with an orientation tour
of this fascinating and historic city. Highlights include Faneuil Hall,
Boston Common and Harvard University. Continue south through the
states of Massachusetts and Connecticut before arriving in New Jersey,
just across the Hudson River from New York City.

DAY 2     MONDAY
NEW YORK
 

Continental Breakfast. In the morning, a short trip across the Hudson
River takes you into New York and an orientation tour of the “Big
Apple”. Spend the afternoon at leisure exploring this amazing city.
Transportation back to the hotel will be offered in the early evening
and, for those wishing to see a Broadway show or experience the
nightlife, later at night.

DAY 3     TUESDAY
NEW YORK AREAPHILADELPHIA WASHINGTON DC AREA

Continental Breakfast. Travel south to Philadelphia, the “City of Brotherly
Love” and the birthplace of American independence. Our orientation
tour passes the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, where the
Declaration of Independence was signed and the U.S. Constitution
written. Arrive in the Washington DC area in the late afternoon.

DAY 4     WEDNESDAY
WASHINGTON DC
 

Continental breakfast. Our morning panoramic sightseeing tour is devoted
to the landmarks and monuments of this great city: the White
House, the Washington Monument, Arlington Cemetery, the Supreme
Court and the US Capitol. Afternoon is free to explore one of the Smithsonian
Museums, such as the National Air and Space Museum.

DAY 5     THURSDAY
WASHINGTON DC AREA - NIAGARA FALLS

Continental Breakfast. An early morning departure takes us through
Pennsylvania, en-route to Niagara Falls. Time permitting, a stop will be
made at a market in Amish Country. The Amish preserve traditional
elements of late 17th-century European rural culture in their day-today
lives. Arrive in Niagara Falls in the early evening.

DAY 6     FRIDAY
NIAGARA FALLS TORONTO - NIAGARA FALLS

Continental Breakfast. Cross the border into Canada and head for
Toronto, where our orientation tour highlights this lakeside city, where
skyscrapers of glass and steel overlook traditional neighborhoods and
parks. There is free time to explore the downtown area on foot. Head
back to Niagara Falls where we recommend the exhilarating Maid
of the Mist cruise to the foot of the Horseshoe Falls. In the evening,
join an optional dinner with a panoramic view of the falls beneath the
evening sky.

NIAGARA FALLS BOSTON

Continental Breakfast. Early departure for the return to Boston, passing
through upstate New York and central Massachusetts. Evening
at leisure

DAY 8     SUNDAY

Continental Breakfast. Transfer from your hotel for your fl ight to Los
Angeles (fl ight not included in the tour price). Upon arrival in Los Angeles
transfer from the airport to the hotel via the hotel’s shuttle.

the desert and into the man-made paradise of Las Vegas. Enjoy this

LAS VEGAS - ZION - BRYCE CANYON

Continental Breakfast. Travel past the town of St. George to Zion
National Park with its unique landscape and majestic plateaus. Continue
to another spectacular National Park, Bryce Canyon where a
symphony of colors and the intricate design of sandstone pinnacles
and grottos will take your breath away.

BRYCE CANYON - CAPITOL REEF - ARCHES - MOAB

Continental Breakfast. An early departure to Capitol Reef National
Park, an area of reef-like cliffs capped by white sandstone formations.
Continue to Arches National Park which contains the largest number
of natural stone arches in the country.

DAY 12     THURSDAY
MOAB - CANYONLANDS - MESA VERDE - CORTEZ

Continental Breakfast. Discover Canyonlands National Park. The park
preserves a colorful landscape eroded into numerous mesas and
buttes by the Colorado River and its tributaries. You then enter Colorado
and continue on to Mesa Verde National Park which contains over
600 cliff dwellings, formerly home to the Ancestral Pueblo Indians.

DAY 13     FRIDAY
CORTEZ - MONUMENT VALLEY - LAKE POWELL - PAGE

Continental Breakfast. Head for Monument Valley, land of the Navajo
Indian. The Valley’s unforgettable landscapes include mesas, buttes
and rock-spires – familiar from many cowboy movies. Continue across
the desert to Page and Lake Powell, one of the largest man-made
lakes in the world.

DAY 14     SATURDAY
PAGE - GRAND CANYON - WILLIAMS

Continental Breakfast. Today’s highlight is the Grand Canyon, one of
the seven natural wonders of the world. Created by the Colorado River
over 6 million years, the Grand Canyon ranges in width from 4 to 8
miles and attains a depth of more than a mile. Finish the day in the
town of Williams, on world-famous Route 66.

DAY 15     SUNDAY
WILLIAMS - LAS VEGAS

Continental Breakfast. Crossing the Colorado River, travel along parts
of historic Route 66 and enter the state of Nevada before reaching
Las Vegas, the man-made miracle in the Mojave Desert.
